RE: Yamaha Nytro...rushed to production Take the ball joints out the front end of your car and tell me she don't handle squirrely. Also like Dooed said Yamaha can't put a decent stock ski on their sleds. I didn't care for the ride of sled if I was trail braapin' but in the ditches it was fun. New tight ball joints will make this sled handle superb for what it is. Guys that just ride on the trail and are not hardcore riders SHOULD NOT BUY THIS SLED! RE: Yamaha Nytro...rushed to production The Nytro of 06 and 07 was built on the RS chassis. It was a vector with different gearing and different suspension. The 08' and 09' nytro is built on the FX chassis which is a very different chassis than the RS. I don't think they share a common part except the oil filter. RE: Fellow duck/goose hunters/sledders........ Seemed to have alot more failures in the field on a dirty SBE than the SX3 with the buds that I hunt with. Mostly auto loading issues. RE: Yamaha Nytro...rushed to production It's called product development. I know there is at least one bulletin coming on the nytro and I would expect that they will accommodate most owners. I think the biggest problems with the nytro front end were the lower ball joints. They will be replaced on every 08' I am pretty sure. Also a bigger problem was the idiot sales people who sold nytro's to trail cruisers. As I said last year, and my stand still is, that the nytro was not made for the average trail cruiser.
